Can you keep all or any of the fish you catch?
Hi Nas, whilst I encourage catch and release I have no problem with people keeping a feed of fish for the table. The emphasis is on "a feed for the table" rather than a feed for the table, the fridge, the freezer, the neighbour, the neighbours dog and an extended family....................if you know what I mean.......GRIN!

FAQ

  • Is there a closed season for fishing in Sydney?
  • Do I need to buy a licence to fish with Justin?
  • Can I bring my own equipment?
  • This is the first time I've seen your websight. I really enjoyed reading all the articles and the pictures will give me a fix until i can next go fishing. I was wondering how much it is for a day's fishing and also how much for some casting tuition. Justin Robertson
  • I have previously undertaken some freshwater flyfishing and would like to try saltwater. I would like to know if I should purchase a specific slatwater reel or could I use a seven weight rod and gear to begin? I would also like to book a tour for tuition as a beginner with two freinds. Steve
  • could I have the prices of your fly fishing lessons please
  • Can you keep all or any of the fish you catch?
  • Hi there, Please could you recommend what type of rod I would buy for a beginner who would most likely fish in saltwater (Sydney) or river (Hawkesbury). Budget would be around $100. Thanks! Georgina
